Dear Juice,
My boss' boss at my job is really lame. He found my blog and posted comments on it, as if I really cared to know what he thought. He always seems to get on my case even though I'm pretty sure I'm one of the best employees at my job. Then, to add insult to injury, he creates his own blog in an attempt to seem important. I'd really like to tell him how much of a dipshit he is, but I don't like being mean to people. Please help.

It sounds to me like you're dealing with a fat man issue. I had the same problem with my linemen. They would bully me because they weighed 400 pounds and thought that they were all that. I would just sit back and let them do their thing. The bottom line is that without an all-star running back carrying the ball they were just big sweaty guys rolling around in the mud.
